At the 2016 Agrohack Conference, Yanice L. Deynes discusses her journey from the pharmaceutical industry to the agriculture industry, in which she has now been recognized by the Department of Agriculture as the most modern, and technologically advanced poultry farm, not only on Puerto Rico, but also in the Caribbean and Central America.
Yanice L. Deynes is President of Granja Avícola Pujols Corp. She has a Bachelor’s Degree in Biology with a minor in Chemistry, From the University of Puerto Rico, Humacao campus and a Master’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Before starting Granja Avícola, she worked for 10 years in the Pharmaceutical Industry where she held a management position for the Marketing division in Pfizer.
