Catherine is an entrepreneur that uses her skills to help others unlock their true potential through creativity and mindfulness. She was named as a “Top Food Tech Entrepreneur to Watch in NYC” by AlleyWatch. Catherine is laser focused on behavioral change and food policy; and at the heart of it all is her passion for technology, entrepreneurship, and communications.
Catherine is completing her Masters Degree in Food Policy from New York University (NYU) and earned her BA in International Relations and Politics from Coventry University, England. She is originally from Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic and grew up in Geneva, Switzerland and Brussels, Belgium partially. She is the founder of the technology and wellness start-up GreenHopping, the creative consulting agency Inside Crowd, and is co-founding her third company, GRACEx, a sacred space for female minds to unite, create, and inspire. She is a regular public speaker, and was most recently at Harvard University and Alley NYC.
