Lucy Crespo, CEO of the Puerto Rico Science, Technology and Research Trust, has ample experience in the tech industry in areas such as new products, R&D, manufacturing management, strategic business planning, business process reengineering and IT service delivery operations. She retired as general manager of Hewlett-Packard Puerto Rico’ enterprise business division after 31 years. She also managed Unix’s Latin American operations including sales, marketing and customer experience. She is a former president of the PRMA and member of the Manufacturing Advisory Board.
Dr. Esbal Jiménez Cabán is Associate Dean and Subdirector of the Agricultural Experiment Station at the University of Puerto Rico Mayaguez Campus.
